Thanks god for memory issues, I don't have to suffer a wall of text about her sad childhood. I'm sort of enjoying the game, although the army mechanics is driving me crazy. I read on Reddit that lots of people couldn't stand her. It's not every day that you get hired to protect a scholar for free after 27 people refused. After 25 hours (total according to Steam), I haven't even reached the end of Act 1 yet. |

Adrian is also now the Knight-Commander of the 5th Crusade. It's weird to be called Knight-Commander. Make me think of Dragon Age and Templars...there might be more similarities there than I want now that I think about it. I didn't lost a single building during the Tavern attack too. Wouhou! Just don't play it in turn-based people, it's going to take an eternity. I also read people complaining about it before I reached that part so I only focused fire on the arsonist and horned boy when they showed up. Doing the Grey Garrison was awesome and a bit confusing, I got lost in there a few times. Also, now that I had a taste of it, I need permanent Haste. The Army battle system needs an auto-resolve. |

The only thing I don't care for is her anime looking hairstyle, but that's not a big deal. The one companion I thought I would like but can't stand is Camellia, she's brutal lmao and especially mean to Ember, who so far is a cinnamon roll (and one of my favorites right now). Just got Daeran, so I'll see how that goes. I do think I'm enjoying these companions more than the ones in Kingmaker. |

He's going to love my chaotic Knight-Commander so much... I had an encounter with level 14 undead simolodons with a level 6 party. It was super easy, thanks to Spiked Pit. The description for Create/Spiked Pit didn't actually give me confidence, but I tried Create during the battle of Estrol (first visit) and it turn out those are awesome at CC. There is one but apparently it's not that great and can lock you out of some stuff. I think there is a mod on Nexus. And this game is totally inspired by DAI at times. The auto-resolve I'm thinking about is an optional one for the battles, so you don't have to go through the TB combat when your army overpower the opposition. The one in the UI is always on and I believe it also manage the entire army system, not just the battles. And the army system reminds me so much of King's Bounty, that I'm kinda thinking of playing that next. I actually like Nenio and find her kind of funny, her forgetfulness is a refreshing change of pace from the other companions. The only thing I don't care for is her anime looking hairstyle, but that's not a big deal. Just got Daeran, so I'll see how that goes. I do think I'm enjoying these companions more than the ones in Kingmaker. Some of the companions are a lot more "grand" in this one. Camellia is a trap companion. Her portrait and first impression is that she's a nice pretty noble girl. Her combat barks are her actual personality... I love Daeran, awesome healer and fancy boy. Even when I want to throw him off a boat into a very cold river. And yes, Ember is a cinnamon roll. My main complain right now is that I can't take everyone I like with me, not enough party slots. Usually, I only really like 2-3 of the companions, but here I like 7 of them. 8 if you add Wenduag. |

I also got Free Crusaders that are part of my personal court. They are all artists (musicians, sculptors, etc). I called it the Cookies Court. But now I think I need to take a break from the game. Lost Chapel + Drezen was multiple hours of only fighting things with some crazy OP enemies and it drained a lots of my mental energy. I also stopped playing in turn-based mode, it was just taking way too much time with all the mobs around. |

I find it more tactical than RTwP which is just pre-buff and then focus fire on a mob rince and repeat. Make most of your party ranged attackers with the Mythic Cleaving Shot feat for more cheese. The hard encounters are actually easier in RTwP than in Turn-Based, the enemies die faster and they can't unleash their party-wide cheap-shot one/two-shotting attacks as much. |

I'm wondering if evil PCs will have this but I guess not since the path of light will not be opened to them. Have to scout out the tower and there're two other quests that have to wait until liberation. Everyone can unlocks all the mythic paths in theory. Getting ported to Elysium is how you unlock Azata, so evil characters should still get it if they save the 3 Desna followers and you need to go Azata to unlock the Devil mythic path (or Aeon but that's easier to lose access to than Azata once discovered). While I said everyone can unlock all the mythic paths, some are behind or will requestactions your PC might not want to do to keep unlocked. I'm wondering if there's hidden LI akin to Kingmaker but I think not. Since I'm playing a guy, I've my sights set on the Queen. I've a feeling it isn't going to end good though. There are 2 hidden LI, both locked behind mythic paths (Trickster and Demon), but I'm not sure if they are to the equivalent of Kingmaker hidden LI. I know some people really like the Trickster option thought. |

At the most, I'd expect the typical building of a kingdom or whatever for the two hidden pairing. |
